Barre

Sculpt,  firm and tone. This class combines basic ballet moves along with Pilates and light weights to produce lean, strong muscles.  

Barre Amped

An athletic twist on Barre fitness class. A rigorous routine incorporating elements of traditional barre, sports conditioning and cardio intervals to pump you up! Open to all levels--but not for the faint of heart.

P90X Live

Studio LivFit is the first in this area to bring you this exciting new program. It utilizes an advanced training technique called muscle confusion, which accelerates the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus and you never get bored.  The beauty of this program is that anyone, at and fitness level can succeed in this class. All moves are modifiable and are done at your own pace.

Piloxing

Come try the latest hollywood fitness craze! Piloxing uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.  It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape.  

POUND

Rock out - Work out. A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. A low-impact, full body workout that takes its inspiration from Yoga and Pilates and combines it with dynamic exercises to achieve a workout session that targets different muscles int he body.

STRONG by Zumba

Strong by Zumba is perfect for fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging high intensity interval training workout. With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba was crafted to drive intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. The benefit of moving in sync with the music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain endurance, tone, and definition and you will experience and increased afterburn.

Strength & Balance

Incorporates weights, bands, suspension straps and mat work.  Save the cardio for another time.  This class offers pure strength, toning, balance and stretching.  Each class will include different exercise and equipment, you never know what you will be challenged to do.  All moves are modifiable to accommodate our unique and diverse fitness clientele.  All fitness levels are encouraged to attend

Sunrise Circuits

Let's burn fat, build muscle, increase endurance and improve your strength and balance... all before the sun comes up! We will be using various exercise formats incorporating the use of all our equipment, and even the outdoors when the weather permits. You will never become bored with these workouts. Have a bum knee, back, hip or shoulder issue? No problem, our trainers are skilled at providing our students with alternate challenging exercises to fit your needs.

A form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that combines cardio and strength training in to one super fat-burning class.  This workout is great for all fitness levels

TRX Suspension 

Suspension training is a total body resistance workout that utilizes the patented TRX suspension equipment developed by a Navy SEAL.  This highly intensive workout  uses gravity and your own body weight to increase balance, improve flexibility, develop functional strength and produce a rock solid core.

Turbokick Live

This energetic class combines traditional kick boxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.  You'll have a blast getting into knockout shape learning hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves, while torching fat and carving lean, sexy muscles in the most empowering class ever taken.

Zumba

Latin inspired dance fitness.  The class that will have you moving and sweating. You will be having so much fun you won't even know you are exercising.

Zumba with Burst

Experience Zumba like never before.  Here we interject short bursts of high intensity interval training into our Zumba class.  It's like two workouts in one.
