We at Studio LivFit believe in  healthy balanced eating as the best way to reach and maintain your weight-loss goals.  Diets are hard to sustain, especially if you have to stop eating your favorite foods or an entire food group to make it work *.  Eating is delightful and should be fun and enjoyable, not work.  It's about a lifestyle change,  for life.  CHANGE...that's the key. Change is different, but different does not have to mean or be difficult. With the plan we as instructors follow and promote, getting the results you want is not difficult, but it may be very different for you.


 We utilize  the "21 Day Fix" plan

It’s the only nutrition program that focuses on portion-control.

No counting calories,  points or logging into a food journal.  With this system everything is laid out for you.   You will  learn how to create healthy portions simply and intuitively. It shows you how to eat whatever you want, in the right amounts, so you can reach your goals fast. No guesswork! You will be eating a balanced diet based on your own bodies macro-nutrient needs, but you don't have to know that or figure it out.

Support groups and your own coach

We are here to help!  When you choose to utilize the 21 Day Fix eating plan, you will be assigned a coach to walk you through the whole simple process, be there to answer questions, give support and guidance.  

We also offer support groups that connect Via Facebook for daily support,  inspiration, meal planning and prepping, as well as recipes and a little fun competition to keep it exciting and motivating
